Did 1/2 my shoulder workout this morning (will finish balance this evening)
16 minute interval on treadmill
Pm Exercise:
Chest & rest of shoulders
30 minutes of cardio somehow
Feelings: Good...

Just found out I may be off work on Friday (Reagan Day-Fed office closed). Ahh, that is awesome news.
The BB show in DC was awesome and scary. I really have a lot of fat to lose & muscle to gain in the next 9 weeks. I find it a little intimidating that everyone who saw my pictures commented on how big my butt was and how I need to lose that (like hello!).....anyways....
I bought a food scale & measuring cups last night so I will be more exact on my meals.
My plan:
4:45 2 oz of turkey meatloaf
6:30 Low carb protein shake
8:30 4 egg whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:30 4 oz of turkey meatloaf; 6 oz sweet potato
1:00 5 oz of tilipia & broc/green peppers
3:45 5 oz pork chop & 1 packet cream of wheat
4:20 workout
5:30 Low carb protein shake
6:30 1 low carb yogurt
8:45 5 egg whites & 1 yolk....brocolli
Targeting around 1650 calories...not sure what this is...would love to feed into Fitday it just seems like I get stuck on it...
Butt Be Gone!! Heavy visualization going on...focused...on it. :)
