AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch
10 min on stairway machine (to hell! lol)
10 min on stepper...pretty intense
PM cardio:
30 minutes of some sort
Worked shoulders & chest hard last night. Will take today as rest. Hit back & bi's tomorrow.
Feeling: great!
Thinking of ways to cut back my food consumption.....will hold steady this week but may cut back some starting next week.
Had to force myself outside last night at 9:45 pm to get the last of my cardio in....tired, tired but focused. Didn't eat or drink a thing when I went out to meet some friends at the local seafood pub. I'm getting used to this I think!!
Plan:
4:30 2 egg whites
6:30 low car protein shake
8:45 4 egg whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
11:00 turkey meatloaf & 1/2 cup oatmeal
1:00 chicken breasts & broc
3:45 porkchop & cream of wheat
6:45 low carb protein shake
9:00 5 egg whites & broc
Joe (former love) is pulling at my heart strings this morning...sent me a very erotic e-mail and says he looks forward to seeing me. This all still makes me so very anxious. Just love him so much and miss him so much...but can't go down that road...hopefully. Sigh...part of me wishes for it to be again.
Glad I have my pre-comp focus on to keep my mind off of this stuff!
