30 minutes of some sort
Got about 45 minutes of varying cardio last night between appts & lunges w/pt clients.
Hit back & light legs tonight.

Learned some interesting things about egg yolks....may start eating a couple more of these...didn't realize how much protein, vitamins & good fat I was throwing away!

Little sore today and HUNGRY....ate an extra yogurt this morning a little low-carb kethup at lunch...beginning to think these sprints do this to me....same happened last Wed.
Got 2 compliments as I was leaving the gym today...hips/butt are definitely shrinking, albeit slowly.

4:30 2 oz chicken
6:00 2 egg whites
8:30 4 egg whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:30 5 oz chicken & 5 oz sweet pot
11:00 low carb yogurt
12:30 5 oz turkey meatloaf & broc
3:30 porkchop & cream of wheat
6:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 yogurt
9:00 2 whole egss & 2 egg whites & broc
Seth is home...happy me. Feelings for him are definitely growing strong.....LOTS of good stuff there.
Got the video I ordered last night on NPC Figure comps....interesting stuff.
