PM cardio:
45 minutes of some sort cardio & bi's
Last night I hit back hard and light legs. Then I forced myself to 20 minutes of stairmaster & 10 min run w/pooch (and 3 pt appts!)

Feeling: Good!
Sore again...quads & back...weird cravings, wouldn't say hunger, maybe just craving wierd things (like kethup & splenda)....
Plan:
4:30 1 whole egg & 1 egg white
8:00 2 whole eggs & 2 whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:00 turkey meatloaf & broc
12:00 5 oz chicken & 5 oz sweet pot
3:00 porkchop & cream of wheat
5:30 yogurt
7:00 low carb protein shake
8:45 2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites & broc
Having a "fat" day...man the mind is powerful :) Think I picked out a couple suits I like...may order next week. Need to get them and my shoes so I can start wearing them and practicing, etc.
A little over 9 weeks to go!
And my clothes I wear to work are DROOPPPY....look like shit...sometimes I think TOO big clothes are worse than too small ones. Ahhhhhhhhh.....
