61 Days to go

Weight 124.5 (added creatine to my program Sat. See below)

AM cardio:
30 min run w/pooch

PM cardio:
light...

Today is a day of REST....needed :)

Feeling: Good!

Seth & I worked legs HARD Saturday w/tri's. Sunday we worked shoulders hard (those need to Grow!). I'm sore in the shoulders today.

After consulting with several people and gathering info, I'm making the following changes:
1) Adding Betagen (creatine supp) for the next 30 days
2) Focus is on gaining muscle mass...heavy weights short sets.
3) I'm overdoing it with the cardio....will cut back to around 30 minutes a day...give or take.
4) The next 5 weeks will be a muscle mass gain focus (although not a true "bulk" since I need to continue to lose fat...last 4 weeks will be cutting (where I'll add back in the extra cardio).
5) I need to rest more & get good sleep...will focus on that. My body really shut down last Thursday & Friday...not good.
6) Changing to Beverly meal plan on Wed or Thursday. Will post then...also ordered Mass Amino's and Ultra 40's (liver tabs)...will add that into my supplements


This week's plan:
Mon-rest
Tues-Back/bi's
Wed- Legs
Thur- Chest/tri's
Fri- Shoulders
Sat Legs
Sun- Back/Bi's

Plan:

5:00 1 whole egg & 1 egg white
8:00 2 whole eggs & 2 whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:30 turkey meatloaf & 5 oz sweet pot
1:00 Salad @ Bennigans?? (going out to lunch...will be onplan)
3:45 chicken breast or tilipia & cream of wheat
8:00 2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites & broc

Come on MUSCLES!!!! GROWWWW!!

BTW, I think the fat loss is coming along quite nicely. This is good.
