60 Days to go!

Weight 121.0 (what???....ahh scale weight...so inconsistent!)

AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch
15 min intervals on treadmill

PM cardio:
15 min of something

Feeling: Great

Last night did some light cardo & that's it. Hung out with Seth....what an AMAZING time....only spent an hour or so but it was magical. He's an awesome man....and I'm very very fortunate to have him in my life.

Oh yea, was in bed by 9:45 last night...which puts me almost 7 hour of sleep! Improving :)


This week's plan:
Tues-Back/bi's
Wed- Legs
Thur- Chest/tri's
Fri- Shoulders
Sat Legs
Sun- Back/Bi's

Plan:

4:45 2 egg whites
8:00 2 whole eggs & 2 whites & 1/2 cup oatmeal
10:30 turkey meatloaf & 5 oz sweet pot
12:30 chicken breast & broc
3:30 tilipia & yogurt
6:30 protein shake
9:00 2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites & broc

Will switch to my new Bev. plan on Thursday (carb cycling)...very excited for this. Supps should be delivered on Wed.

Man, my life is good.....SOOOOOO many wonderful people. It really amazes me.

    Great menu Judy! I'm also excited to see you contacted Beverly! I used them for my first comp in 2002! I can't live without my Ultra 40's anymore, they make a big difference in enegy :)
