Feeling: Great
Last night I had a pretty good back & bicep workout...feeling strong. Getting good feedback.
Didn't get to sleep till almost 10:30...need to do better tonight. My body needs the sleep!

4:45 1 egg white
6:00 low carb protein shake (post workout) & tblsp UDO's
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 4 oz turkey breast & broc/green peppers
11:30 6 oz turkey meatloaf & broc & green peppers
2:30 4 oz salmon and broc/green peppers
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 6 oz chicken or pork, vegetables
Supps should be delivered today. Tomorrow night is carb-up meal. Looking forward to that...miss my oats :)
