Last night-chest/tri's....set a new PB on flat bench...strength is improving.
Seth told me I look "too skinny"...in a negative sense. Jeez, that hurt. I know he's trying to be supportive...also asked how I was going to be after the competition....hmmmmm, not so sure about this conversation. Makes me feel uneasy. He doesn't seem rather accepting of me...
Slept in this morning till 6 (pt appt canceled)...that was heavenly.
This week's plan:
Thur- Legs
Fri- Shoulders
Sat Back/Bi's
Sun- Legs
Plan:
6:00 1 egg white
6:50 1 egg white & tblsp UDO's
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 3 oz chicken breast & broc/green peppers/caulif
11:30 5 oz turkey meatloaf & spinach w/dressing/Udo
2:30 6 oz ck breast and broc/green/caulif/peppers
5:30 low carb protein shake (1 & 1/4 scoop)
8:30 carb up meal:
1 cup oatmeal
1 5 oz sweet pot
1 small banana
and 1 tbls peanut butter
Started on the Ultra 40's & Amino acids last nigt...Seth also teased me on how many supplements I'm taking...jeesh.
Looking VERY forward to those carbs tonight!!
