10 min run w/pooch (easy)
30 min trail run (was supposed to meet a friend at 5:25 this morning....he no showed...NOT happy!...pissed to say the least)
PM cardio:
a few minutes if I can
Feeling: Irritated & sad, I'm afraid.
Last night-legs....did lots of different exercises...worked heavy. Then got an additional 12 minutes of cardio last night.
This week's plan:
Fri- Shoulders
Sat Back/Bi's
Sun- Legs
Plan:
4:45 1 egg white
6:15 low carb protein shake
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 3 oz chicken breast & broc/green peppers/caulif
11:30 5 oz turkey meatloaf & spinach w/dressing/Udo
2:30 4 oz pork chop & 2 oz ck breast and broc/green/caulif/peppers
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 pork chop & veges
Carb up last night was interesting. MAN I was FULL. And bloated...not sure if that is normal or not.
Had a great run this morning....those carbs sure did help...was pissed off that I got stood up & it was his idea to boot!
In a doozy of a mood today....bad week w/personal training peeps....lack of consideration of my time really gets my butt.
Seth's comments really bug me too so I attempted to tell him how his "I can't wait till your competition is over" comments make me feel. Don't think I was successful in communication. *big sigh* Really starting to wonder if this one is going to make it or not.
Joe is back w/his e-mails this morning. He says he'd like to see me soon. Another *big sigh*....God, this man has such an affect on me...not sure what I wish for in this situation! Sanity?
Feeling very alone today....like no one understands me or even cares too..
This too shall pass.
