45 Days to Go (Wednesday)
NEWSFLASH! Body Fat 12%!!!
OMG!! What great news...goal set on March 31st was 12% and BLAM, there it is. I'm excited to say the least. This means, assuming the numbers are correct, in 12 weeks, I GAINED 1 pound of muscle (Lean body weight) and LOST 12 pounds of fat.....ESTATIC!!
Weight 119.0 (down 3.5...water weight gone!!)
AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
31 minutes of SPRINTS! HARD
PM cardio:
10-20 spinning or recumbent bike
Weights: Shoulders
Feeling: eeehhh, personal issues. Fitness wise good
This week's plan (revised again):
Mon: Back bi's
Tue: lighter legs
Wed: Shoulders
Thur: chest/tri's
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & ??
Sun: Back bi's
Plan:
4:45 1 egg white
6:15 low carb protein shake
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 3 oz chicken & cucumbers
11:30 5 oz lean beef & cucumbers
2:30 5 oz tilipia & spinach w/dressing/Udo
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 6 oz tuna & broccoli
Scale moved back down...I think that's probably about right.
Still working thru the life issues. Seems a little heavier today than most. Sometimes I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster...happy, sad, happy, sad. Guess that's life. And it sure ain't easy some days....
Celebrating my last day of my 20's!!! Will post my 30 goals & mantra soon!
WOOOHHHHOOO, ready or not, here 30 comes :)
I'm stronger and more determined than ever...think I'm ready!
