Weight 121.0 (120.5 Sunday, 121 on Saturday)
AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
17 minutes of treadmill intervals hard
PM cardio:
10 min incline walk
Weights: Back/bi's
Feeling: decent...a little peeved, but nothing big.
Ran 6 miles Saturday morning...LOVED it. Going to throw that long run into my weekly training...will limit it to one hour but may do 2x on long day to get the distance I need. 1/2 marathon in early Sept.
Worked legs hard Saturday...very good workout (also did pullups!). Sunday was chest/lighter shoulders (w/o military presses). Both days were good.

Mon: Back bi's
Tue: lighter legs
Wed: Shoulders
Thur: Chest/Tri's
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & ??
Sun: Back bi's
Plan:
4:45 1 cup SF Jello
6:15 low carb protein shake
8:30 1 whole eggs & 4 whites & 2 oz tilipia & broc/cucumbers
11:30 5 oz chicken breast & broc/green/caulif/peppers
2:30 5 oz tilipia & spinach w/dressing/Udo
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 Carbup (bananna, 1 cup oatmeal, sweet potato & peanut butter)
Had an issue this morning...in a quandry....hoping this one will work itself out.
Shoes ordered yesterday.
Scale is stuck....not overly concerned because I think the fat loss is still coming....will monitor a week...hoping to go below 120 by this time next week.
