Feeling: good....hamstrings are crampy! Body is sore.

Sat: legs & tri's
Sun: Chest & light Shoulders
Plan:
5:30 2 oz tilipia
6:30 1 oz tilipia; 1 oz chicken...few veggies (post workout)
8:30 1 whole eggs & 3 whites & 3 oz tilipia & broc/green peppers/caulif
11:30 5 oz chicken breast & broc/green/caulif/peppers
2:30 5 oz pork chop & spinach w/dressing/Udo
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 6 oz tuna steak and veggies..YUMMY!
Well, life progresses. Have had some AWESOME feedback from people in general. One of the instructors at my gym (who I've never spoken to...always strikes me as kind of "uppidity") stopped me admidst a conversation to say "you are looking so good"....shocked the heck out of me. Anyways, I feel good.
I'm visualizing myself on that stage. Have a new picture I printed of Amy Peters (one of my biggest role models) on stage this past weekend. I KNOW I can do this.....feeling strong...muscles are looking okay (although they do look small sometimes to me).....
Isn't it funny how things in life work out the way they do....this journey is rather daunting and POOF, along comes my neighbor (10 steps!) and he's so knowledgeable and supportive and enjoys the same things I do. I'm truly thankful and amazed.
Okay back to planet earth....sprints hurt a little this morning. Tri's/chest & back are still sore from the workouts earlier in the week. Feel like I might have eaten a little much this morning....but I don't guess the little extra protein will hurt much.
