46 days (Tuesday!)

Weight 122.5 (carb up last night & bbq sauce--sodium!!)

AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
11 minutes of stairmill HARD

PM cardio:
10 min recumbent bike (medium)
10 min stairmaster (medium)
misc running

Weights: legs

Feeling: pretty good...little headache this morning


This week's plan (revised):
Mon: Back bi's
Tue: lighter legs
Wed: Chest/Tri's
Thur: Shoulders
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & ??
Sun: Back bi's

Plan:

4:45 1 egg white
6:15 low carb protein shake
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 3 oz chicken & cucumbers
11:30 5 oz tilipia & cucumbers
2:30 5 oz chicken & spinach w/dressing/Udo
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 6 oz London broil top steak & broccoli

Had an issue last night w/BBQ sauce...yep, just plain out of the bottle...ate probably 200 calories worth. SO nOT cool! Need to watch that kind of crap. I'm sure some of the weight gain this morning is from the sodium.

Interested to see the scale isn't moving at all....may contact Beverly advisor if things don't moved. Also ordered some of their fat burners they recommended.

Had a stranger come up to me at the gym last night and asked if I could train her because she wants her abs to look like mine. She was very complimentary....I was flattered. :)

Have had a couple of life issues that have me a little frustrated....just people crap. Gets my ass...but I need to let it go. Focusing solely on this competition will help.....things w/Seth are going so very well.

Body fat readings tomorrow morning....was @ 20% 12 weeks ago...we'll seee....hoping for 12-15%.
