Feeling: better...but hungry. Those carb ups give me craving the next day like CRAZY!

Fri: rest
Sat: legs & tri's
Sun: Chest & light Shoulders

4:30 2 oz pork/chicken (tasted while cooking)
6:15 low carb protein shake
8:30 1 whole eggs & 2 whites & 3 oz tilipia & broc/green peppers/caulif
11:30 5 oz chicken breast & broc/green/caulif/peppers
2:30 5 oz pork chop & spinach w/dressing/Udo
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:30 6 oz tuna steak and veggies..YUMMY!
Ordered suits today! Whoooo, I'm excited!!
Fighting big time hungries today.....hate that.
