54 Days to go--Monday

Weight 123 (up 2...121 Sunday, 120.5 on Saturday))

AM cardio:
30 min run w/pooch (med)

PM cardio:
a few minutes if I can

Weights: rest day

Feeling: tired, wore out...but pretty good mood

Saturday worked back & bi's...did pull-ups..sore!! Sunday, legs & tri's....and abs. Two great workouts w/Seth

This week's plan:
Tuesday: Chest
Wed: Shoulders
Thur: back/bi's
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & tri's
Sun: Shoulders

Plan:

5:30 sf jello
8:00 1 whole eggs & 3 whites & 3 oz chicken breast & broc/green peppers/caulif
11:00 5 oz tilipia & spinach w/dressing/Udo
2:30 6 oz tilipia & broc/green/caulif/peppers
5:30 low carb protein shake
8:00 carb up !!

Good weekend...worked lots, rested some...Seth & I talked about our issues on Friday. Communication is a good thing!!

Making good progress...my body is feeling tighter...getting lots of good comments from peeps. I really think I'm moving in the right direction!

The carb depletion is interesting....get grouchy & feel very wore out! Definitely have brain fog.

Did measurements last night...going to order suits tomorrow hopefully.
