Feeling: Felt very blah earlier today but am feeling better now...tired, didn't sleep well the past few nights.

2:30 5 oz chicken & broc/caul
5:30 protein shake (Beverly 34 grams)
8:30 either chicken or eggs whites with veges
The roller coaster continues....need to get myself in order and get moving on some things....feeling overwhelmed.
