Weight 120.0...morning after carb-up (was 117.5 on Thursday, an all time low)
AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
7 minutes of easy treadmill
PM cardio:
just a quick jaunt w/the pooch
Weights: REST much needed!!
Feeling: still on the rollercoaster....okay

Mon: Back bi's
Tue: lighter legs
Wed: Shoulders
Thur: chest/tri's
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & ??
Sun: Back bi's

4:45 SF Jello
8:00 1 whole eggs & 3 whites & 3 oz chicken & green beans
11:30 5 oz lean beef & okra
2:30 5 oz chicken & broc
5:30 5 oz chick & broc
8:30 1 whole egg 6 whites & broc
Had pictures done Wed. night. I hate them.....I look very small...skinny, ilch. Of course, this was w/2 days of very low carbs...wonder if taking them after a carb-up might help. Dunno.
Also got the Art of Posing DVD from Tanji Johnson. LOTS to learn...it's great though. Shoes should be coming in today and the practice begins!!! I'm pumped. More excited now then ever.
Personal life has had some interesting spins this week. Should be an interesting weekend...we will see!!
