39 Days to go! (Tuesday)

Weight 120.0...morning after carb-up (over the weekend was between 117 and 118)

AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)

PM cardio:
just a quick jaunt w/the pooch

Weights: Shoulders

Feeling: Felt very blah earlier today but am feeling better now...tired, didn't sleep well the past few nights.

This week's plan:
Mon: Chest/tri's (w/Seth)
Tue: Shoulders
Wed: Legs (lighter)
Thur: Back/bi's
Fri: rest
Sat: legs & bi's
Sun: Shoulders & tri's

Plan:

4:45 3 oz chicken
8:00 2 whole eggs & 2 whites & broc & cauli
11:15 5 oz chicken & baby spinach & Udo's
2:30 5 oz chicken & broc/caul
5:30 protein shake (Beverly 34 grams)
8:30 either chicken or eggs whites with veges

The roller coaster continues....need to get myself in order and get moving on some things....feeling overwhelmed.

Moodiness is unbelievable lately too. Jeezzh.

Weights: REST much needed!!

Feeling: still on the rollercoaster....okay

8:30 1 whole egg 6 whites & broc

Had pictures done Wed. night. I hate them.....I look very small...skinny, ilch. Of course, this was w/2 days of very low carbs...wonder if taking them after a carb-up might help. Dunno.

Also got the Art of Posing DVD from Tanji Johnson. LOTS to learn...it's great though. Shoes should be coming in today and the practice begins!!! I'm pumped. More excited now then ever.

Personal life has had some interesting spins this week. Should be an interesting weekend...we will see!!

45 Days to Go (Wednesday)

NEWSFLASH! Body Fat 12%!!!

OMG!! What great news...goal set on March 31st was 12% and BLAM, there it is. I'm excited to say the least. This means, assuming the numbers are correct, in 12 weeks, I GAINED 1 pound of muscle (Lean body weight) and LOST 12 pounds of fat.....ESTATIC!!

Weight 119.0 (down 3.5...water weight gone!!)

AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
31 minutes of SPRINTS! HARD

PM cardio:
10-20 spinning or recumbent bike

Weights: Shoulders

Feeling: eeehhh, personal issues. Fitness wise good

Scale moved back down...I think that's probably about right.

Still working thru the life issues. Seems a little heavier today than most. Sometimes I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster...happy, sad, happy, sad. Guess that's life. And it sure ain't easy some days....

Celebrating my last day of my 20's!!! Will post my 30 goals & mantra soon!

Had an issue last night w/BBQ sauce...yep, just plain out of the bottle...ate probably 200 calories worth. SO nOT cool! Need to watch that kind of crap. I'm sure some of the weight gain this morning is from the sodium.

Interested to see the scale isn't moving at all....may contact Beverly advisor if things don't moved. Also ordered some of their fat burners they recommended.

Had a stranger come up to me at the gym last night and asked if I could train her because she wants her abs to look like mine. She was very complimentary....I was flattered. :)

Have had a couple of life issues that have me a little frustrated....just people crap. Gets my ass...but I need to let it go. Focusing solely on this competition will help.....things w/Seth are going so very well.

Body fat readings tomorrow morning....was @ 20% 12 weeks ago...we'll seee....hoping for 12-15%.

47 Days to Go (Monday)

Weight 121.0 (120.5 Sunday, 121 on Saturday)

AM cardio:
10 min run w/pooch (easy)
17 minutes of treadmill intervals hard

PM cardio:
10 min incline walk

Weights: Back/bi's

Feeling: decent...a little peeved, but nothing big.

Ran 6 miles Saturday morning...LOVED it. Going to throw that long run into my weekly training...will limit it to one hour but may do 2x on long day to get the distance I need. 1/2 marathon in early Sept.

Worked legs hard Saturday...very good workout (also did pullups!). Sunday was chest/lighter shoulders (w/o military presses). Both days were good.

Shoes ordered yesterday.

Scale is stuck....not overly concerned because I think the fat loss is still coming....will monitor a week...hoping to go below 120 by this time next week.

Feeling: good...darn good....not too overly hungry today after the carb-up yesterday...this is good.

Decent back/bi's workout last night w/some extra cardio. Overall pretty good night.

Seth & I talked some...guess it's all ironed out for now. Hopefully getting the divorce thing to a resolution also.

Should be a good weekend...only 1 appt all weekend. That is VERY good :) :) :)


Last night shoulders was pretty good workout....lifted w/friend, Mike. He got on my nerves and I was in a pissy mood, but did get a good lift in. Ran some late last night to try to handle frustration of day...it did help.

Big sigh....

The James/divorce issue has been flaring. He called me anorexic & old looking (among many other bad things). I know he says these things out of anger & jealousy but I can't help but feel bad.

Then Seth really let me have it last night...instead of being supportive, he was very critical of me and the way I'm handling this divorce situation. He knows it all...jeesh. Might re-evaluate this whole situation. Just not comfortable with the way he talked to me and the things he said...it's sad, because I do like him a lot. Just can't overlook important qualities like this though. We'll see.....

Good friend's dog is very ill as well. I feel terrible...hopefully the little guy will pull through.

So anyways, this is a sunshiny message. Everything is going to be alright...guess I just need another day of introspection to try to figure things out.

Some days feel like a rollercoaster....and I'm feeling a little fat today too.... Okay, going to work to overcome all of this.

7 weeks tomorrow....now that makes me a little nervous :)
